From the moment we pick up the dress, I personally inspect it at the bridal shop before taking ownership, then transport it safely to the venue*. With full tracking and insurance, brides can rest easy knowing their dress is in skilled, experienced hands. As a part of the Basic package, the dress is transported to the venue, displayed beautifully on a mannequin, including expert touch-up steaming, minor repairs are performed like loose beads or buttons. Additional advanced services that offer on-site support for dressing the bride and last-minute crises are available in upgrade packages detailed below. Upon booking you will receive an email detailing next steps and preparation task. Balance due before the dress can be picked up from the shop.
